Principal Engineer & Owner; has 27 years of experience in the design and management of civil, environmental, transportation and geotechnical engineering projects. These have included: environmental permitting, water & wastewater system designs, standpipe storage tanks, pump stations, large diameter boreholes & vertical turbine pumps, power plant water intake structures, reservoir discharge outlets, landfill designs, leachate collection & treatment, roadway design, roadway bridge design, surveying (road & building construction layout, boundary, topo), storm water control structures, acid mine drainage treatment systems, reinforced concrete projects (e.g. retaining walls, spread foundations, slabs, abutments), structural steel projects, large earthwork projects, earth/rock water storage impoundments, residential/commercial/ industrial buildings, site development projects and construction administration & management. Mark currently holds professional certifications in the State of West Virginia as a Professional Engineer: PE# 10250, and as a Professional Surveyor: PS# 1523.

Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Technology; has 23 years of experience if the field of engineering application, surveying and construction. Moe has extensive experience in water distribution systems inspection, site design, piping distribution & collection systems, construction layout, computer aided design & drafting, all areas of surveying, environmental permitting, project specification development and direct oversight of heavy construction. State certified Concrete Inspector & Concrete Technician and Level III Transportation Engineering Technician.
Jim Kelly
CAD Draftsman / Survey Technician; has been working with computer aided design for 9 years and supports general project design, CAD drawings and surveys of all types. A specialized area of work is conducted in deed research, property ownership and R.O.W./easement development. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in math education and works engineering & survey applications, in both the field and office.
Connie Reel
Office Manager; has 9 years experience in office support of various engineering and survey projects. Work has included project document preparation, contact administration, project payment drawdown requests, mechanics liens, bill collection, compiling technical specifications, development of legal survey descriptions and general office management.
Griff Yokum
Engineer Technician & Lead Surveyor; has 14 years experience in GPS & ground surveys relating to preliminary & final activities that support layout and field engineering of water system expansion and improvement projects. Has considerable knowledge and experience relating to practical system layout and common sense design considerations that best support construction.
Jay Kuykendall
Lead Surveyor & Head Chainman; has 6-years experience in GPS & ground surveys, relating to all facets of boundary and construction survey activities, from preliminary to final layout. Many years of practical experience in related areas of construction projects for roads and building sites, adds to a strong common sense approach to problem solving and review of field design considerations.
Larry Carpenter
Head Chainman and Surveyor; has 3-years experience in GPS & ground surveys. Has worked in many areas of boundary and construction surveys, including initial project recon to establishing final property corners. Practical experience in related areas of construction and common sense provide a well rounded work approach.
Daniel Yokum
Head Chainman and Surveyor; has 2-years experience in GPS & ground surveys. Has worked in most types of boundary and construction surveys, including subdivision, general boundary work and construction layout. Daniel has a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal & Nutritional Sciences.
Jonathan Geary
Part time employee, currently enrolled in the Civil Engineering curriculum at West Virginia University. Has worked about 3-years on a survey crew. Provides general gunman & head chainman duties as needed to support a survey crew for many types of ground and GPS surveys.
Kyle Cosner
Part time employee, currently enrolled in the survey curriculum at Glen State College. Has worked about 2-year on a survey crew. Provides general gunman & head chainman duties as needed to support a survey crew for many types of ground and GPS surveys.
