Project involved all required site planning, engineering, surveying, design, field engineering and construction management services to support development of a 10.5-acre commercial site for construction of three new automotive dealerships. Site earthwork included approximately 105,000 CY of dirt & rock fill, followed by the construction of three automotive dealership sells and maintenance buildings. Site design work included potable water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, area lighting & foundations, curb, walks, water fountain, roads, parking and environmental permits-stream relocation, storm water pollution prevention plan & wetlands mitigation.
