This project was funded through a combination of grants and loans, primarily with the WV Infrastructure & Jobs Development Council (IJDC). The project involved the surveying, design, specification, permitting, bidding, contract administration and construction management of improvements and extension to the GCPSD water system rural residential areas. The project generally included: one new booster pump station, upgrade to an existing pump station, 45,000 LF of 4” pipe, 43,000 LF of 6” pipe, 75,000 gallon water storage tank, 126 new customers, service connections, private water line easements, and all other required system appurtenances.
